Winter travel sprays salt and salt-snow solutions on parts of the trailer exposed to the road. Things like stair steps and stabalizing jacks become very stubborn after a short travel distnce. A fellow Airstream owner loaned me his can of Corrosion Block, and I was very impressed on how the steps worked without needing a pry bar. Our local Airstream dealer does not carry this product. Corrosion Block is a clean, clear, ultra-thin fluid which leaves a non-greasy astmospheric barrier to protect the base metal on interior surfaces. It leaves no gummy residue, and it can be sprayed on, or wiped on with a damp rag.
